Trip Desk (“we”, “us”) provides itinerary and travel planning tools for travel advisors and their clients.

Information we collect

• Account details such as email address and user ID
• Trip content you enter or import (itineraries, bookings, messages, attachments)
• Purchase history for App Store subscriptions and credit packs
• Approximate location when you use map features (with permission)
• Diagnostics and product interaction data to keep the app working

How we use information

• Provide trip planning, sync, and sharing features
• Process AI features you choose to run (using credits)
• Verify and fulfill in-app purchases
• Provide support and improve reliability
• Understand site usage with Google Analytics (anonymised IP where supported)

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (for example cloud hosting and authentication) to run the service. We do not sell personal information. Shared trip links expose trip details to people you invite.

Payments

Payments are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status needed to unlock subscriptions or credits; we do not store your full card details.

Retention & deletion

You may request account deletion in the app (More → Settings → Delete account) or by emailing support. We delete or anonymise personal data when no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.
